A live concert television special, produced in association with the Hong Kong Government and aired on MTV and MTV2. A 13,000 seat outdoor concert venue was erected in the Hong Kong Harbor for this event that drew top name artists such as the Rolling Stones, Prince, Santana, Michelle Branch, Neil Young and many others.
